Sales conditions for Librairie Giraud-Badin publications:

It is hereby specified that these terms and conditions exclusively govern the sales of books and catalogs published by the Librairie Giraud-Badin.

Prices: 
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all tax included (VAT), exclusive of processing and shipping. All prices are established in strict compliance with the Lang law 81-766 of August 10, 1981. When ordering from outside of France, you are considered the importer of the product. For all products shipped outside the EU and to overseas territories, the price will be automatically listed on the invoice without tax. Customs and/or import duties or state and local taxes may be required. These fees are not within the purview of the Library Giraud-Badin, and are solely at the customer's expense and responsibility.

Validation: 
You acknowledge having read and accepted the Terms and Conditions before placing your order, and validation of your order constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Unless stated otherwise, the information recorded by the Library Giraud-Badin constitutes proof of all transactions made by the library and its customers.

Availability:
The Librairie Giraud-Badin is a retail seller and its editions are not intended for sale in large quantities. As a result, we reserve the right to refuse large orders. Our product offers are valid while they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock. In the event that the product ordered is not available, we will notify the client by email and the order will be canceled.  Payment will be debited only when the order is shipped.

Delivery:
Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified at the time of the order. Please allow sufficient time for shipping and handling.

Payment:
Purchases may be paid by credit card or check. Payment will be debited only when an order is shipped.

Right of return:
In accordance with the law, the customer has 7 days from the receipt of his or her purchase to cancel the order without penalty. In such case, only the price of the product purchased and the initial shipping will be refunded ; the cost of the return is at the customer’s expense. Goods should be returned in their original condition.

Responsibility:
The products we offer are in accordance with current french legislation. Librairie Giraud-Badin cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.
